Social Finance Ltd. is a not for profit organisation that partners with the government, the social sector, and the financial community to find better ways of tackling social problems around the globe. I was commissioned by Social Finance to explore a new employer brand, value proposition and recruitment model to support a national expansion of mental health services as part of the NHS Long term plan.

Teach First is an education charity and the largest graduate employer in the UK. During my time there I had the privilege of leading the award-winning recruitment marketing team. I was accountable for the employer value proposition and employer brand strategy to attract, cultivate and retain the best diverse talent (undergraduates, graduates, young professionals and career changers). As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I had responsibility for the direction, performance and culture of a department of 99.
