I was a BoardDirector at Honeywell, with my role spanning 11 countries in the Asia Pacific and employing2,000+ employees. Prior to my six years at Honeywell, I worked in IT, Recruitment andMining.I was recently named one of HRD’s Global Top 100 HR Directors and have led hipages to win numerous HR awards including top 3 Best Places to work 2021,2022 & 2023 and a coveted Stevie Award. I am also a non-executive director for social enterprise, WorkVentures.I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree (Industrial Relations and Psychology) from the University of NSW,a Masters of Labour Law and Relations from the University of Sydney and am a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
