Long term leadership position caring for my daughter -Signey. Oversee her physical and mental well being on a daily basis 365 days a year. Responsibilities include establishing and then pivoting seamlessly between strategic, daily and urgent priorities. Well being includes overall child safety (ex daily with sunscreen and helmets, and doctor visits sick and well), education (school, homework, faith/church), emotional health (conflict, insecurity, managing new team members), fitness (Irish Dancing, American Ninja Warrior, ice skating, swimming, outdoor activities), and anything that could impact brain development. Ensure full functional management of the Higgins/Rice headquarters, including all outdoor and indoor maintenance. This involves working with outside contractors for planned and for unexpected, on call support 24/7 as required, (ex equipment breakdowns, air conditioner, leaks, water heater/water issues). Ensure team member engagement is a top priority, adjusting priorities to plan special events (birthdays) or play dates as required to ensure retention and satisfactiion. Serve as the travel professional planning annual family vacations, short fun trips and business travel obligations, staying on budget and on mission. All family meal planning. And lastly if none of the above gets completed, keep everyone happy and alive.
