With over 10 years of experience in human resources and business consulting, I have a proven track record of delivering strategic and operational solutions that enhance the performance, engagement, and wellbeing of the workforce across various industries and sectors.I hold a Master of Business Administration from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Honours) from the University of Adelaide. As a licensed psychologist, I apply evidence-based and innovative approaches to people and organizational development, such as leadership development, change management, and performance improvement. Previously, I worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at North Metropolitan Health Service, where I provided strategic and operational support to the executive team and the workforce across various health service providers. I was also an elected councillor at the City of Subiaco for four years, where I contributed to the governance and strategic direction of the local community, as well as to the new business development and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
