Editor of publications and department photographer directing all marketing and communications needs of the Foundation, including the development and production of all marketing media, newsletters, press releases, presentations, scripts, collateral, brochures, event invitations and correspondence.-Created and managed branding materials for capital campaign, including marketing collateral, client and media presentations and video, resulting in campaign funds exceeding $24M and the campaign slogan “Pardon Our Progress”.-Supervised the planning, scheduling, conceptualization and outsourcing of the quarterly newsletter distributed to more than 8,000 donors and members.-Researched, coordinated and created presentation materials for grant proposals generating nearly $3M.-Coordinated the annual membership upgrade direct mail program generating more than $60,000 annually.-Assisted in the planning and execution of special events including the black tie fundraising gala that raised approximately $50,000 annually for education in the arts.-Worked cross-functionally with Corporate Sponsorship, Special Events, Education and Membership departments to provide financial support for theater’s programmatic and educational goals.
