● Overseeing the charity’s extensive volunteering programme, consisting of over 2000 volunteers per year. My role required oversight of all training, communications, programme structure, development and evaluation. ● The volunteering programme sits within the organisation’s Employer Relations team, and my role therefore encompassed managing and seeking out relationships with key, high-profile partners and funding organisations.
