Expert on early childhood, education, prevention and families policy.My background is in think tanks (education/social mobility at IPPR) and civil service (a decade leading strategy teams in DfE and supporting Prime Minister's Strategy Unit on child/families policy reform). I left on secondment to initiate new early years initiative for Ark Schools - Ark Start. Now as Partner at Isos Partnership I provide advice and research to help public services deliver better, leading on early childhood and prevention. Often this involves helping leaders listen well to what's going on in the system, connect with evidence and work collaboratively to design solutions. My clients include national governments, local authorities, large national charities and smaller social enterprises. I'm also a trustee at Young Women's Trust, a governor at an incredible London primary school and a mum to three wonderful (but often quite naughty) children.
