CurrentSince inception, responsible for the overall management and administration of non-profit that delivers psychiatric rehabilitation for adults with mental illness. Programs include: Fountain House Model Clubhouse program, Supported Employment/Education Program, Community Based Individual Supports, Tailored Care Management, Outpatient Services and Residential Services. Duties include: program development/implementation, budgeting, fundraising, staff development, compliance with standards of CARF (Commission on the Rehabilitation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and the International Center of Clubhouse Development (ICCD), compliance with all relevant state and local standards, financial management, quality assurance, public relations, managed care relations.
