As the VP of AIM's Client Services Group, I directed the strategy and growth of the CSG, developed and supported our teams of Account Directors, Account Leads and Account Support Associates/Managers. I worked cross-functionally across the agency to develop and improve our processes, resources and training for our team members, serve as a point of escalation for our clients, and worked closely with the Executive team (C-Suite) to meet our overall agency goals for financial growth, our clients' growth, and our teams' happiness, engagement and success.

Manage cross-functional teams to execute digital campaigns across paid media channels including CXO, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic, Word of Mouth and Affiliate Marketing, ensuring client KPIs are exceeded. Lead end-to-end client strategy development from data analysis, research, insights and planning, crafting media recommendations to the final client presentation. Lead strategy development process internally, developing and implementing best-practices, and supporting teams throughout their clients’ strategy development cycles. Protect and grow agency revenue through maintaining client profitability and appropriate resource allocations, organic growth initiatives, and contract negotiations.

Lead the US Client Services Team (Account Management and Technical Integration and Support) and oversee Network Compliance activities. Manage agency, advertiser and publisher relationships to oversee all aspects of clients’ affiliate marketing programs including support and technical integration, goal setting, and building and executing strategic and tactical marketing plans. Lead client meetings (advertiser and publisher) as needed. Liaise with international client teams as the Global Lead AM or Senior Local AM on international client campaigns. Work closely with all areas of the business including Finance, Technical Development and Senior Management on regular projects as needed. Manage Network Marketing projects like publisher and advertiser promotions, creating and updating marketing collateral, press releases, social media updates, and article submissions to relevant print and online industry publications. Attend regular industry events including Ad Tech, Affiliate Summit, and Internet Retailer.

Greater New York City Area

Manage a portfolio of LinkShare advertisers, building strong relationships at all levels of client organizations and serving as the primary point of contact for clients managing their Affiliate Marketing programs through LinkShare. Work closely with a cross-functional client team internally to forecast client revenue, set business goals, outline program strategy and execute strategies to meet program objectives. Analyze program results and recommend strategic or tactical changes, selling additional LinkShare products and services where needed. Lead regular client meetings to present program performance and opportunities.
