With a background in organizational leadership and development and multiple roles throughout my 28+ years in the U.S. Navy, from facilitating leadership development at the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy to championing Training/Education, Team Development, Aircraft Maintenance Management, Equal Opportunity, and Human Resource initiatives, I've honed a unique blend of human resources skills that include global leadership, public speaking, and conflict resolution.I hold a Bachelor's in Social Sciences, a Master's in Organizational Leadership, and certifications including Certified Postsecondary Instructor and Core Strengths Facilitator. But it's not just about the skills; it's about the values I hold dear. Honesty, integrity, respect, fairness, and perseverance are not just words to me; they're the guiding principles that drive everything I do in human resources.
