I oversaw growth from three to eight physicians, 10 to 20 plus staff, and two to three sites.* I also served as Project Manager of a $400K yearlong construction expansion of the largest office. * Working closely with the physicians we added new non-surgical cosmetic procedures, and the results included a 22% increase in receipts per patient encounter and a 60% growth rate in total annual receipts.* Proud to lead an office that received the Most Improved Patient Satisfaction award for two consecutive years.

Chosen by NMPG leadership to become the initial manager overseeing facility needs at 14 sites (75K square feet). By collaborating with architects, designers and contractors I led 10 construction projects in excess of $2.5M of build-outs and space renovations. Responsible for logistics, purchasing, communications, and equipment installation.* Saved NMPG over $300K by negotiating contracts with new and existing vendors.* Created a Facilities and Materials Assistant job description and then hired and mentored this individual.
