Developed and executed plan to transition low technical and administration activities from the GEHC Online Center to a workforce in India which allowed the OLC staff to focus on higher impact more technical, and business critical tasks. Included identification and prioritization of tasks to be transitioned, creation of training plan, interviewing, hiring, and training staff from India. Created high performance team and led program through full implementation in India. Recognized as business best practice with an annual savings of $154K.Managed and mentored member of the Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP), the corporate leadership program for high potential operations leaders.

Led InSite Program initiatives as Americas focal point. Developed common processes and procedures around InSite entitlement, utilization, and overall effectiveness. Focused on process simplification and automation. Led the design and implementation of entitlement software development specifications. Documented, published and trained the OnLine Engineers and Field Engineers on these processes and procedures. Spearheaded high performance cross-modality OLC InSite Entitlement Team resulting in an increase in overall InSite effectiveness resulting in $500K in productivity. Developed and conducted roadshows across the United States, Canada, and Latin America to educate the field service teams, promote the InSite program, and raise overall awareness. Service focal point for leading implementation of InSite in new businesses (HCS), modalities (IIS), and interfacing with Services Marketing to define business policy as well as Service Engineering, vendors and modality focal points on InSite hardware management. Service focal point for InSite @ Install initiative to drive InSite into forward production resulting in over $750K in productivity. Managed and mentored two members of Technical Leadership Program (TLP), a corporate leadership program for high potential engineering leaders.

Led several Service Delivery projects. Assumed overall systems responsibility for Product Locator, System Rating Plate, and FMI programs, as well as Service Marketing programs. Managed several teams of systems analysts and programmers from the United States and overseas. Contributed to the planning and launch of the applications development outsourcing initiative.
