Some people find it stressful to be the one everyone else looks to, but I thrive under the weight of that responsibility. Simply stated, I like to have a lot on my plate.It's important to me to cultivate a sense of trust and respect within my team. They know they can come to me with anything, and I’ll handle things with the respect and delicacy they deserve. I’ve worn many hats; working on client relations, handling customer service issues, mastering reporting and analytics, maintaining customer and vendor relations, and scheduling on-site training for call centers. I like to manage, but I make it a point to not over manage. My fellow team members know just as much as I do, if not more! The name of my game is managing them as professionals so we can get the job done, in a way that best serves our clients.I entered the professional world as an accountant/bookkeeper and even have experience as a small business owner. Let’s just say I’ve done it all! I am Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Professional and Background Screeners Association (PBSA) certified, helping to keep organizations compliant at all turns. On the personal side, I was a professional body builder, and although I no longer compete, I still like to lift heavy things for fun. I am an Arizona transplant, but loving every day in the Valley of The Sun! Let’s connect. :)
