Oversight of the Walmart Produce Demo Accrual, driving additional growth of 300% in sales for Advantage. Managed the Fresh sales and cross functional teams. Developed and managed the Walmart Marketing day to day business relationship.

Managed a team of Business Development Managers on the Grocery Retailtainment business. Oversight the Walmart Produce Demo Accrual program, driving growth of 400% in sales for Advantage, taking it from 3M to 15M. Managed Walmart Merchant, replenishment, and grower relationships, ensuring a successful and incremental sales driving continuity program for Walmart.

Sat on-site with Walmart Marketing. Was liaison between WM Marketing and Merchandising, ensuring alignment between the two for in store events. Met with merchants across the box to determine how the demo program could help drive sales, trial and awareness for new items, and solve for pain points. During this time, developed and launched the Walmart Fresh Accrual demo program. Created new usage occasions for shoppers by partnering fresh produce with supplier products to create inspirational recipes in store.

Educated and directed suppliers through the new Walmart Events program. Managed and sold to 70+ suppliers, driving 40M in revenue. Developed the first even Walmart Produce Demo program, leveraging incremental merchandising opportunities for suppliers that would pay for and partner with produce items in store events. Then expanded the Walmart Produce demo model to Bakery, Meat, and Seafood teams, due the success of the program.

Worked with Walmart suppliers to oversee and operationally execute their in-store events. Managed client budgets, WM buyer approvals, and WM marketing approvals. Developed event training manuals for in store demos.

Created line item reviews for Walmart buyer presentations, prepared Ad Hoc sales reports, analysis, and presentations, utilizing Retail Link data. Developed COMAC scripts. New Item Speed to Shelf tracking. Compile and maintain monthly Walmart scorecards, weekly zero sales reports, and traited and valid reports.

Ran weekly reports for all Business Development Managers, coordinated pricing surveys, assisted in client projects, and coordinated all office functions.
