When I was young, my family traveled a lot. As a time-filler, my mother and I would sit in the airport, guess where people were going, and try to fill in the blanks. From an early age I was fascinated with people's stories. As an Executive Coach, I’ve paired my passion for people’s stories with decades of leadership experience and my super-power of, “listening.” Leadership can be lonely at times and as a coach, I listen, plain and simple. I’ve worked in small and highly elite teams, and I’ve lead at the executive level in organizations with more than 45k people with multi-billion-dollar budgets; I know what it takes to lead incredible teams rooted in great culture.I’m deeply skilled in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Cross-functional Team Building, Leadership Development, and Public Speaking. I'm an International Coaching Federatio (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach, and hold additional certifications in EQI, TILT, Forte and DiSC assessments.
