When I was young, my family traveled a lot. As a time-filler, my mother and I would sit in the airport, guess where people were going, and try to fill in the blanks. From an early age I was fascinated with people's stories. As an Executive Coach, I’ve paired my passion for people’s stories with decades of leadership experience and my super-power of, “listening.” Leadership can be lonely at times and as a coach, I listen, plain and simple. I listen and ask powerful questions intended to help you increase your self-awareness and become the kind of leader that inspires people to be amazing. In today's world of hyper-activity and instant gratification, few people have someone that will truly sit down and listen; listen without judgement, without interrupting, without an agenda, and with a focused eye on your leadership. I listen so that you can engage yourself, explore your areas for growth, evolve the voice in your head, emerge more accountable and enrich the culture in your organization. You're the only one who can hear the voice in your head; is that voice your worst enemy, your best friend, or both at different times? My coaching focuses on evolving your voice into someone that will give you the confidence and courage to face challenges. I work with clients who want to become inspiring leaders and build a culture that no one could imagine leaving. As a Leadership Development Consultant I promise two simple things; the people I work with WILL be better leaders when we’re finished, and we WILL have fun during the journey. I offer everything from tailored, annual leadership development programs to bespoke workshops and small group coaching, all designed to be engaging, fun, and have a lasting impact. My skills are rooted in over three-decades of experience in the military and corporate environment. I’ve worked in small and highly elite teams, and I’ve lead at the executive level in organizations with more than 45k people with multi-billion-dollar budgets; I know what it takes to lead incredible teams rooted in great culture.I’m deeply skilled in Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Cross-functional Team Building, Leadership Development, and Public Speaking. I'm an International Coaching Federatio (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a Certified Authentic Leadership Coach, and hold additional certifications in EQI, TILT, Forte and DiSC assessments. I've worked with first-time leaders, executives, and teams in multi-billion dollar organizations. I'm agnostic to industry, my passion lies in helping people become better leader.
