I have been at We Do Your IT since its inception back in 2006 (formerly BS Info Tech) and through the ‘birth’ of each of its partner companies. I love seeing a small idea form into a growing and thriving company and all of the challenges and excitement that can bring, nothing seems as exciting as the crazy ideas that get float around our offices, the new things we like to try and the constant improvements that go into each of our companies.I now spend majority of my time working on Away From My Desk, I am responsible for its day to day operations, strategic direction, growth and our fantastic team members. I am passionate about bring on apprentices and helping them to work through their apprenticeship to grow into amazing team members, seeing the team grow and reach their potential is never without its issues but is always inspirational and gives a great sense of achievement all round.I am passionate about helping others to achieve a more flexible work life which is why we focus so much on NHS primary care. We like to share ideas with others to help them to think outside of the box when it comes to working, employing new staff, visiting patients, and working practices that help them to get the best out of life at work and hopefully freeing up some valuable time at home too.I am always on the lookout for fantastic new apprentices who are looking to grow and reach their full potential with a great team of people and for new people to take full advantage of our secure Remote Access products to help them grow their own businesses or to live more flexibly. I look forward to making new connections and seeing how we can help each other!
