I Supervise and evaluate a crew of between 30 to 50 Remote Pilot Operators for Federal Aviation Administration Air Traffic Control contract training. I prepare and analyze reports to ensure that the RPO staffing and hiring needs Are met, and that the staffing conforms to budget constraints. I create Remote Pilot Operator schedules, and I also coordinate and perform RPO training.I have also conducted interviews for RPO positions.I am certified as Remote Pilot for En Route, and Tower 3D-Table Top training options. I also have prior certification as Terminal RPO.

I performed analyses and prepared reports, and was responsible for establishing, maintaining, and collecting data in order to insure that the Remote Pilot Operator program at the FAA Academy in Oklahoma City met or exceeded schedule commitments. I was also responsible for tracking data to include but not limited to attendance, FMLA hours, shift rotations and Remote Pilot certifications.I have established and maintain relationships with managers and supervisors in all domains to facilitate information exchange between peer supervisors and elevate needs to decision makers. These needs include supporting scenario development, instructor training, RPO training & mentoring as well as technical assistance to the Senior Program Development Liaison and Operations Lead.

During my 13 years with Moto Photo we grew our franchise into one that was consistently recognized as one of the top performers in the system.Our stores did high quality studio portraiture and location shoots, including sports photography and senior portraits, utilizing digital technology and analog film. With a full service photo lab we were able to process and print packages for our own studios as well as for many area pro photographers.We equipped our labs to be able to handle any photography processing request and serviced accounts with the local School System, Police Department, OSBI, and several area media outlets including the Edmond Sun. Our regular customers valued our commitment to quality and quick, personal service.

As a hiring manager I gained valuable experience in compliance with labor, immigration, and minimum wage law, and equal opportunity and diversity hiring.And I can still cook a mean biscuit or two.
