He has more than 16 years’ experience in the south-east property market.Starting as a junior negotiator in 2007 with a leading independent Sussex-based agency, he progressed through the company to become Assistant Manager and then Branch Manager. He led his team to the largest market share for sold properties in the company’s history and acquired in-depth knowledge of the property market in Worthing and the surrounding areas.In 2023, Joe co-founded Pear Properties with friend and local construction and property expert Marcus Farrell.
