An established Board Level Senior Management Consultant with extensive operational management experience and Transport Manager CPC holder.Having begun my career within the motor insurance industry as a claims handler, I have progressed steadily over the last 25 years to Board Level, with accountability for the daily smooth operations of sizeable companies. Responsible for the recruitment of new members of staff, I ensure that the most appropriate personnel are recruited into corresponding roles in order to deliver the very best service for the company, leading to an increase in revenue, ultimately benefiting the company bottom line.I review Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on a regular basis and when necessary, I will enter into negotiations with third parties and suppliers in order to secure the best price against the best service for the company. My experience to date also encompasses the effective leadership of staff, ensuring they not only achieve their own potential but also make a significant contribution to the full delivery of common goals. In addition, I develop and implement strategies to generate additional profit, covering areas like product awareness and knowledge of service.
