Leads a multi-disciplined team of cost engineering experts supporting customers throughout the United States and Canada. Manages the delivery of all cost engineering training, mentoring and consulting for industry and Government clients across a wide spectrum of domains, to include air, space, land, and sea.

PRICE Systems provides unbiased, cost estimating software solutions and services that automate the estimating process and deliver high-quality, accurate estimates of costs, benefits, schedule, effort and risk that take less time and money to produce. Responsible for promoting, developing, and delivering high quality training classes by planning/preparation, delivery and following up with all students on a periodic basis to ensure that the students transition from trainee to effective user. Provides high quality cost estimating/cost research services that help customers develop defendable cost estimates, affordability assessments, bid/proposal, Should Cost, business case analyses, cross checks, and resource capacity analyses.

Provided cost analysis and cost estimating for USAF F-22 Raptor modernization program. Supported Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution (PPBE) process, sufficiency and milestone reviews and other high level requests for information. Developed and employed cost estimating relationships and statistical models. Provided fiscal advice to program managers and key decision makers, assuring program requirements and financial plans conform to fiscal regulations/law.

Formulated, justified and executed the 10th Air Base Wing annual budget in order to support and enhance the learning environment for 4,000 cadets. Communicated and defended current and future year requirements to Headquarters US Air Force. Developed recommendations for effective management of the wing's $145 Million annual budget to support mission accomplishment. Provided policy/guidance to commanders and resource managers/advisors.

Managed and supervised personnel in development, justification, and oversight of accounting and financial service/support operations totaling $279 Million. Oversaw development and implementation of local financial entitlement policies and procedures. Developed and recommended accounting solutions for installation-level organizations, vendors, and the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. Primary base coordinator for the Government Travel Card program. Provided guidance, advice and training to financial services personnel, agency program coordinators and senior leadership.
