I am an Associate in the Compliance function at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. As part of the Firm's Compliance Leadership Development Program I rotate though roles in Global Compliance, Line of Business Compliance, and other horizontal functions. Currently, I work in the Global Compliance Policy Group, where I support for the Firm's risk governance framework by reviewing polices, procedures, and other internal documents for consistency with existing compliance standards. Additionally, I support the Global Compliance Regulatory Change Management function in developing firmwide controls for cataloguing significant regulatory change events.
