Application Support Analyst
Current- Manage direct contact with the users in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner and follow-up on their reported problems to ensure problem resolution and appropriate feedback.
- Cultivate and maintain effective lines of communication with our customer community and the software engineering team.
- Diagnose and resolve client issues that require in-depth knowledge of the functionality of the product.
- Trace reported problems from one product to another, collaborating with our Engineering team where appropriate.
- Collaborate with our Engineering team to propose, design, and develop solutions to meet technological needs of our users.
- Proactively seek out and repair system inconsistencies as well as provide trouble-shooting assistance and solutions for production problems.
