Specific Job Responsibilities & Duties:• Promote and establishes working relationships with customers and responds to inquiries, external and internal• Manage all aspects of the project from execution of contract to close-out to ensure customer needs are met and the Company interests are served• Maintain records of project communications ensuring project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately• Minimizes risk on projects• Fills out Customer Action Requests (CARS) regarding customer complaints and/or issues as needed• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities• Provides change orders as projects require• Communicate project progress or issues in a timely manner with team and stakeholders to ensure completion of project is successful• Update projects plans and schedules• Facilitate and troubleshoot problems and coordinate solutions to problems• Understands project costs as compared to estimate. Controls project scope to match project bid document and customer purchase order. Rectify differences.• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully
