Over twenty years of experiences working in Taiwan, United States and China, I have been Quality Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager and Quality/Manufacturing/Industry/Mechanical engineer. In, 2000, I worked in Guangzhou, southern China for Lite-On Technology who built computer peripherals - MFP (printer/scanner/copier/fax) for HPQ, Canon, Dell, Lexmark, and Sharp. I developed a pretty thoroughly Vendor Quality Management (VQM) systems which evaluate, assess, survey, and qualify potential suppliers to be our AVL. Then I came back to USA worked in companies as Supply Chain Manager/Project Manager who outsourced products from oversea for a more competitive environment.
