CurrentFounded in 1965, The Latin Chamber of Commerce of the United States, CAMACOL is the largest Hispanic business organization in the State of Florida and leads the largest and most influential minority business group in the United States. During the COVID19 pandemic, Camacol the Latin Chambers of Commerce USA moved from it’s traditional position as the largest Hispanic Chamber in Florida with about 30 international chamber alliances into the largest alliance of Chambers of Commerce in the United States with close to 300 Chambers of Commerce representing over 6 million businesses of Hispanic background while simultaneously expanding international alliances to over 250 Chambers through its Secretariat of the Hemispheric Congress, the US presidency of AICO, Association of Ibero American Chambers and the Int’l Confederation of Portuguese Businesses. CAMACOL’s network consists of a unique combination of hundreds of thousands of businesses, Economic Development Organizations, Trade Promotional Organizations, National and International Chambers of Commerce, including world-renowned Fortune 500 companies in Florida and International companies, as well as, smaller start-up firms. Camacol members come from a wide range of industries and fields, from high-tech manufacturing to marketing and professional services. This infrastructure facilitates business linkages for domestic and international companies in the foreign trade sector, and supports them by opening the doors to over 1,000,000 businesses in the Latin America and Caribbean region, as well as Europe through an unparalleled Hispanic and Latin American infrastructure. No other organization in the State of Florida has this established domestic infrastructure representing over 6 million Hispanic businesses serving the over 50 million Hispanics in the USA and an international Latin American Chambers of Commerce network representing businesses that in turn serve over 650 million Latin Americans in this hemisphere
