- Commanded a team of 30 highly skilled individuals as an Armoured Infantry Platoon Commander (1st Battalion - The Mercian Regiment), in high pressure and fast-moving environments, both in the UK and overseas. - Managed the careers of employees through analysing current career training gaps, and guided candidates towards training opportunities to assist with their professional growth, in accordance with Army Policy. - Planned and personally led an overseas mountaineering expedition to the Allgau Alps, Germany whilst delivering a foundation mountaineering qualification.

- Embarked on intensive leadership training at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (RMAS) to become a Commissioned Officer in the British Army. - Upon commissioning in August 2018, moved to the Infantry Battle School (IBS) Brecon to complete an arduous Platoon Commanders' Battle Course.
