Material of construction is predominately carbon steel, P1, P4, and P5 in thicknesses up to 2.5" for shells, and 15"+ for tubesheets. Responsibilities include development of detailed inspection and test plans, review of design documents, ASME interpretation, control of non-conforming product and processes, corrective action, development of procedures and work instructions and forms, conducting internal and supplier audits, calibration, and other similar duties.
