DRIFT was a digital agency that specialised in building businesses and personal brands for athletes in parallel with their sporting careers, aswell as providing bespoke digital consultation to clubs and athlete-focused start-ups. I pivoted this business to form THRIVE, taking my client base and learnings with me.

As Account Manager, I was the key account representative for ADI’s global sport clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, delivery of solutions to expectations and the proactive management of customer issues. I looked after 50+ clients which included some of the biggest clubs in England and was worth around 2.5 mil per annum to the business.

I was accountable for the organisation’s outbound communications function. I took full ownership of the B2B campaigns strategy to ensure engagement, conversion rate and ROI was high, as well as managing the wider communications calendar of stories across social, web, email and press channels using a range of digital tools.

- At the Club during the Premier League winning season.- Represented and captained the club at U21 level, appearing in the U21 European cup and tournaments in Hong Kong.

• Joined the academy as an 8 year old in 2001 and progressed through the system to earn a scholarship and subsequently a professional contract. •Made my First Team debut at the age of 17. Transitioning from Youth to First Team football, I quickly had to adapt and learn the importance of Leadership, Teamwork and Communication within an intense, results-driven environment. • Captained teams at Youth and Reserve team level. • Won both the clubs Youth Player of the year award and Young Player of the year award in 2012• Played a part in the Promotion winning side from League Two to League One in the 2012/13 campaign.

LoanI was part of a team that set the record for the most consecutive league games unbeaten and went on to be crowned champions of the National League.
