I drove working sessions around the eForms Manager team's transition from Waterfall software development to Agile software development and documented the transition. We identified pain points in the current process to solve for, defined roles and responsibilities in the new model, and presented our findings to upper management. On the eWorkflow team (the team responsible for the software that Ameriprise associates use to process casework), I led an initiative to engage the members of their user Champion program and delivered training sessions around the tool's functionality and enhancements.
