As Vice President of Field Operations at Linbeck Group LLC, I am dedicated to driving operational excellence and strategic growth while maintaining a strong commitment to client service and fostering a forward-thinking company culture. My role involves spearheading corporate initiatives, enhancing project delivery processes through continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance the value we deliver to our clients.I am passionate about Lean methodologies and often share my insights as a speaker and author within the construction community, including active involvement with the Lean Construction Institute and other industry associations.In 2019, I co-authored the best-selling book, The Lean Builder: A Builder's Guide to Applying Lean Tools in the Field, which has since sold over 25,000 copies worldwide, reaching audiences in more than 10 countries. Our work was honored with the prestigious Shingo Publication Award. In 2024, we launched an online training course, The Lean Builder Master Class, which features 47 video segments designed to help field leaders effectively implement Lean practices on job sites.
