I was at the forefront of Product and Services innovation at UKG, managing the onboarding of 100+ new hires annually as they were trained to implement full-suite HCM solutions in a post-merger environment. Software implementation projects often seem daunting to clients, but I prided myself on partnering with my clients to break things down into manageable pieces, allowing them to keep their big-picture business goals at the forefront of the conversation.Outside of day-to-day responsibilities, the love of a good plan allowed me to serve as project lead for the transition from manual project plans to a standardized web-based planning software for all project managers.
