Originally from Medford, NJ, Joe worked in the family’s auto repair business for years after getting his degree in Business from Camden County College. With an ever entrepreneurially-minded father working part time, Joe and he spent years buying, fixing up and selling homes as well as purchasing investment properties in their home state. The family had a motto in dealing with their customers; “Always treat everyone as if they are your mother”. And because of this customer service-oriented attitude, they earned a reputation as having “superb customer service”.The family began vacationing in the Sarasota/Manatee areas a decade ago and enjoyed golfing, boating and fishing which is available throughout the year. Finally deciding to move to the area full time in early 2014, Joe quickly obtained his real estate license and continues to apply his love of helping people and superb customer service in matching home buyers and seller to their dream homes and eager buyers. Joe believes in continued education and is always taking classes that make him a more informed, better educated agent.
