Completed a Btec Level 3 extended diploma in engineering after high school, with a grade DDM (Distinction/Distinction/Merit). Then worked as a sales assistant at Cannock Chase Cycle Centre located in the heart of the West Midlands. I worked there from September 2021 - August 2023. During my time at the Cycle Centre I developed many skills, such as customer service, for example; dealing with customer queries, complaints and problems. Handling money and cashing up at the end of the day, stock taking, shop floor placement, assisting in managing co-workers regarding shift rotor and tasks, managing a social media page, dealing with suppliers and ordering stock. In August 2023, I then joined the RAF and completed basic training at RAF Halton, before passing out late October. Since then, I have been based at RAF Cosford, completing a Aircraft technician Mechanical apprenticeship course. This course is still in progress, I hope to graduate from this course February 2025.
