ICT Support Engineer currently providing all aspects of IT support and device management to education environments. Previously completed an apprenticeship in a 2nd line corporate support setting whilst gaining a HNC in computing. Currently studying towards a BSc in Cyber Security & Networks alongside work.Skilled in a range of IT technologies including the configuration, management and support of all Windows, iOS, MacOS and ChromeOS systems. Proficient in a range of MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune, Cisco Meraki, and Mosyle, as well as platforms such as M365 & SharePoint, Cisco CUCM, and Google domain management.Experienced in the management and administration of Windows domains utilising Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS & Group Policy, as well as backup and print solutions. Successfully delivered projects including device rollouts, OS upgrades and cloud migrations.
