Directs all activities of HPI Construction, LLC including rehab, land development and new construction. Also oversees our Property Maintenance Division which provides service to 1,200+ properties. Goals are driven by the HPI mission and profitability.1. Manages multifamily rehab projects on behalf of HPIC, tracking budget line items, completion and profitability. Work with investors on draws and documentation required.2. Works to ensure profitable outcomes for each development, home or project.3. Works with CFO on all accounting requirements to provide prompt and accurate payment to sub contractors.4. Finds and selects qualified vendors and contractors to perform the work required by HPIC. Verifies that all insurance coverages are up to date, and that all required documentation to HPIC is on file.5. Seeks new opportunities for development, rehab and new construction.6. Works closely with other HPI departments to provide synergy and multiple cross selling opportunities. Provide information to all HPI departments on projects under development by HPIC to allow cross sales of homes.7. Seeks new and profitable development and construction opportunities for HPIC.8. Assists in management of Homeowners Associations, sets up HOAs, works with counsel on correct documentation.9. Initiates and maintains relationships with agencies, corporations and institutions interested in affordable housing.10. Supervises HPIC staff.11. Creates a well defined development process for each project.12. Manages single family new construction and rehab of single family homes for profitability and to fulfill the HPI mission.
