Worked with Executive Leadership in a startup concept in the pet grooming industry. Collaborated ideas throughout the brand development stages to help ensure a successful franchise start-up. I built relationships with 200+ surrounding businesses and apartment complexes to get marketing collateral for Sparkle into their facilities Played a vital role in community outreach by attending many different events / meetings, prior and after the successful opening in October 2023. This inspired me to rescue another dog to join my two prior older rescues. With a younger vibrant dog it gave me the opportunity too attend the local dog meet-ups, dog parties, dog costume events and local dog trainings which doubled as a network opportunity. I also utilized the surrounding dog parks next too the new location which allowed me a great opportunity to get opening coupons to the right customer base in the area. The opening membership sign-ups were successful and kept the facility busy 7 days a week. Sparkle now has most recently announced on June 4th a regional development deal for a 53 location expansion in Florida.

Valley View Casino & Hotel expanded by adding a 70 million dollar hotel to their property. Got the position of Hotel Manager prior to hotel opening. Was responsible for hiring process overseeing, Front Desk Agents, Housekeeping, Houseman and Bell Man. Kept a 98% occupancy level during my time at the Hotel. Decided to move to Arizona to pursue different opportunities.

Was responsible for pulling orders to take to the sister property Major Market in Fallbrook, California daily. Stocked the product mostly bake goods. Checked with each department if they had items to transfer between stores. In down time assisted the Deli by helping guests.
