Interviewed both management and the sales team to assess where major pain points in client acquisition utilizing both anecdotal as well as quantitative data to decide what features were needed to resolve these pain points.Designed and developed a Javascript program that allows agents to seamlessly send retainer documents to potential clients while on call with them, estimated to increase closed sales by about 50%.
