From construction projects to production overseas, teambuilding and negotiating, his skills are impeccable. He attended Longwood University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. In 1997 Mr. Hoffer obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation.

Little Rock, Arkansas Area And Tampa, Florida

In 2007 Mr. Hoffer founded CynerGreen, an eco-friendly product company that gained its’ first client within just a few months, Microsoft. Mr. Hoffer has designed and produced products for Microsoft conferences and company retail stores including providing concepts, designs, prototypes and final products. He has worked extensively with Chinese factories on product manufacturing, safety, testing, logistics and international shipping. His products have appeared on QVC and in retail stores including Toys R Us. He, his wife and daughter were named “Eco Heroes” by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette in 2010 for their work in environmental awareness.In 2011 the couple developed a high end retail concept called “Eco-Fab”. The pop-up store featured various recycled, upcycled and repurposed items for sale including gifts, apparel and their CynerGreen products. The concept was placed in a high end shopping district in Little Rock and was very well received. Mr. Hoffer was responsible for the design and delivery of many of the products carried in the store including a line of organic bath and body products, VALE. The products are now sold in retail stores locally and the company has developed a strong following. The store will be featured in the Urban Hideaway Resort and Spa as their gear store/gift shop and the VALE organic bath products will be featured in room as guest amenities and as a part of the future Urban Hideaway Resort and Spa.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

In 2002 Mr. Hoffer became the Vice President of Operations for NuVision Marketing and Hospitality, a full service marketing and incentive firm in Tampa, Florida. He was responsible for landing clients including McAfee, 24 Hour Fitness and ADT. Mr. Hoffer oversaw a major travel and conference project spanning their global population of employees. He was instrumental in the planning of the ADT Skills Challenge, a celebrity golf tournament in Boca Raton, Florida where he worked directly with Trump International. In addition, Mr. Hoffer was responsible for gaining a million dollar account for the organization, 24 Hour Fitness where he oversaw the execution of the company’s main incentive program for two years negotiating with top resort and hotel companies, airlines and attractions.

Knoxville, Tennessee Area

Mr. Hoffer was the Operations Director for Events by Design, a 300 seat event facility attached to a 180 room hotel, where he was in charge of day to day operations. This included management of up to 30 employees and a fleet of delivery vehicles as well as on site operations. He planned and executed more than 100 events annually.
