Implementing conversational Generative AI capabilities into Money Management tools

• Responsible for the ongoing release of value from our data products through delivery of enabling-based change for internal business areas• Managing and driving delivery of over 30 projects through value-based prioritisation, facilitating an empowered team culture and proactively communicating with business areas• Proactively managing and targeting operational and delivery risks against a backdrop of large legacy infrastructure and new innovative cloud-based technology

• Owning two workstreams within a flagship organisational customer relationship growth programme. Leading, prioritising and co-ordinating multiple ongoing initiatives with a key focus on customer impact and value• Implementing and managing key programme management frameworks across all 8-10 workstreams to ensure effective and efficient delivery, including programme planning, benefits tracking and organisational change completion• Coaching and mentoring project managers, new to role or the business, in order to build project management capabilities across the programme

• Facilitating a cross-functional feature team to deliver enabling organisational change for multiple simultaneous projects, implementing key agile frameworks and performance metrics to improve delivery• Coaching onshore and offshore teams composed of permanent, partner and consultancy resources in agile principles and frameworks, and creating an open and empowered culture to drive self-management and continuous delivery• Responsible for the engagement, communication and development of the 100+ colleagues in the lab, promoting best practice in self-development, stakeholder management and workplace culture

• Learning and applying project management fundamentals via a Project Management apprenticeship, working across multiple placements across PMO, Scrum Master and Project Manager roles on both waterfall and agile projects• Undertaking customer data centred projects end-to-end across various teams, involving a wide variety of stakeholders across a range of business areas and seniority• Carrying out fundamental Project Management responsibilities including planning, reporting, finance management and stakeholder management

• Working independently to seek and help customers across a wide range of opportunities with the overall aim of making them financially better off and improving their banking experience• Communicating and working with other business areas to gain the best possible customer experience and results.• Adapting to frequent observations and feedback whilst coaching and supporting other colleagues

• Dealing face to face with a wide range of customers, resolving a large variety of enquiries in a fast & pressured environment• Actively searching for further opportunities to help customers and work better with colleagues from other areas
