Design MDU networks to best fit the customer needs for apartment complexes, high rise condos, single-family homes, senior living, and student housing. Designs and proposals can include Fiber to the Unit Networks, Wired/Wireless data networks, IPTV Service, CCTV, phone systems, and structured cabling. Create network drawings and diagrams using Visio, Lucid and Bluebeam. Gather pricing for network equipment (including lead times), licensing, and labor to create a proposal. Work withthe sales teams to host and lead calls with potential customers, create sales presentations and create ROI calculations for the customer. Once a new network project is won, work with vendors to procure all material, work with the project management teams and operations teams to make sure the installations are completed correctly and within budget.

Assigned to manage a newly formed department within Charter. This team provides nationwide remote support to field operation technicians during the installation of the Managed Wi-Fi Products within Hotels, Apartment Complexes, Condos, Student Housing and Small Businesses. Communicate Wi-Fi testing strategies to field teams to insure installations are completed to Charter standards. Assist Installation Support Technicians (IST) and verify networks are installed according to design and all equipment was operating according to specifications. Work with Operation Managers and Directors throughout the country to schedule installation of new networks. Train new employees to configure the Layer 2 and 3 networks that are being installed nationwide.
