Inventory Control Manager
Current• Accountable for all aspects of inventory control and accuracy. • Determining the cause for inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions.• In charge analysis and direction for product to a permanent pick location, replenishment levels and proper storage techniques. WMS monitoring, US Customs, FDA and USDA compliance and recordkeeping.• Liaison of Private Customers, RMA, adjustments, lot transformations, billing, investigate discrepancies, order amendments, receiving documentation and process.• Manage Inventory Control Supervisor, Cycle Counters and Receiving Auditors. Inventory Accuracy is the top priority.• Implements and maintains policy and procedures relating to inventory control, to include ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory and analysis of product flow.• Audits receiving and stocking procedures to ensure accuracy.• Reliable for employee development through training on policy & procedures.• Develop and consistently execute the cycle count program to insure inventory and location accuracy, including (but not limited to aisle audits, empty slot report, and special counts for high value items). Success in this area is achieved when these counts and the corresponding system entries are performed thoroughly and accurately and provides benefit to the overall operation.
