• Accountable for all aspects of inventory control and accuracy.
• Determining the cause for inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions.
• In charge analysis and direction for product to a permanent pick location, replenishment levels and proper storage techniques. WMS monitoring, US Customs, FDA and USDA compliance and recordkeeping.
• Liaison of Private Customers, RMA, adjustments, lot transformations, billing, investigate discrepancies, order amendments, receiving documentation and process.
• Manage Inventory Control Supervisor, Cycle Counters and Receiving Auditors. Inventory Accuracy is the top priority.
• Implements and maintains policy and procedures relating to inventory control, to include ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory and analysis of product flow.

• Proficient to operate a warehouse applying RF barcode scanners for all inventory related transactions from receiving to order shipping.
• Familiar with all forklifts and cherry pickers for all physical inventory handling and movement.
• Apply Lucas Jennifer voice recognition handhelds for all orders and products picking.
• Manage and responsible for an inventory team for daily receiving, restocking and picking in a 250,000 square feet warehouse with 10,000 plus SKUs.
• Maintain and program the functions of RF barcode scanners for interfacing properly with WMS and company based accounting system via Unix program for correct inventory transactions and values.
• Manage daily routine physical inventory count and perpetual cycle counting for inventory accuracy.
