During my 16-year career at Stego, I have worn about every hat possible. As the 4th hire of (at the time of leaving) 70+, I was involved with and drove every aspect of building the company from a local, family-owned outfit out of the founder’s garage to a nationally-recognized powerhouse in the specified construction product industry. During my tenure, I assisted in a 10-fold growth of topline revenue. In the last five years, as a part of my duties as VP of Technology and Innovation I ran product development from conception to prototyping to lab and field testing to scale up to business development.
