Within the Supply Chain Governance function; I work with suppliers to ensure they meet Euroclear's compliance and regulatory requirements whilst also supporting supplier risk assessments carried out throughout Europe -Compliance Initiatives Include -- Contracting under European Banking Authority (EBA) Outsourcing & cloud guidelines- GDPR compliance in the Supply Chain- Background Screening (vetting)- Renegotiation of supplier's contracted IT Security measures- Managing & mitigating contractual and data protection risks relating to Brexit- Most recently, analysing the Impact on 3rd Party contracts and Supply Chain contracting processes in relation to the Digital Operational Resilience Act for financial services (DORA) AND the European Securities and Markets Authority Guidelines (ESMA) -In Parallel - Leading improvements of Supply Chain Risk Management tools and procedures.Achievement of such objectives are complimented by providing training and guidance to colleagues, whilst focusing on the embedding of knowledge and processes in the long term.
