Providing high-level project, programmatic, and administrative support to the Office of Diversity & Faculty Development and Faculty Senate within the Johns Hopkins University School of Education (JHU SOE). Launching the inaugural diversity office for JHU SOE. Organizing diversity-related workshops, book discussion groups, and lecture series. Organizing school-wide diversity equity audit.Other duties include: Creation, dissemination, and results reporting of student course surveys. Meeting facilitation and note-taking. Planning and executing various faculty-based events, including new hire orientation and ongoing professional development workshops.

Provided expert administrative support to the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. Applied program management skills to advance various Faculty Affairs initiatives. Developed briefings, memos, and presentations. Assisted with meeting preparation, event support, and travel arrangements.

Provided administrative support to the Outreach Department within the Education Department at the Maryland Zoo in Baltimore. Scheduled educational Outreach Programs in schools, summer camps, senior centers, day care centers, and libraries. Through direct delivery of Outreach Programs, taught about and promoted the Zoo’s mission of wildlife conservation. Assisted in the direct delivery of these programs. Developed and delivered marketing efforts for the Outreach Department.

Implemented a school counseling program at Redwood Middle School. Provided personal/social and academic individual and group counseling. Organized and facilitated parent education workshops. Lead classroom guidance lessons. Collaborated with educational stakeholders to meet the academic and personal/social needs of all students.
