As a "full-stack" web developer, I am as proficient with back-end development (PHP and MySQL) as I am with front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript). I have a rich portfolio filled with diverse projects to demonstrate my versatility.I have taken great care to learn contemporary and team-friendly development practices. My development environment generally consists of an IDE (Integrated Development Environment) called PhpStorm. It is an excellent tool that facilitates a great many best practices including the use of version control, DocBlocks, Xdebug, SpyJS, and more.I am thorough, thoughtful and keep a watchful eye on the objectives of a project. Deadlines are also a very serious matter to me. The years I spent as a freelancer taught me to estimate and I use that skill to make certain that I hit the targets I commit to. The business goals of my clients are always on my mind and my architectural decisions reflect that. The result is that my portfolio is filled with older and more stable technologies and less of the new-fangled stuff. Please don’t get me wrong, I like the new-fangled stuff a lot and I spend my own time getting familiar with it. The fact remains, however, that most of my clients have needed stable technologies and often need sites to work with ancient and unfavorable web browsers.
