As the Technical Architect at Darktrace, I lead the IT solution design and internal disaster recovery operations for one of the world’s most advanced AI cyber security businesses. With over half a decade at the company, I have played a key role in modernising our internal technology stack, preparing the company for pre-IPO & IPO stages, leading IT teams during the Cybersprint acquisition, creating dedicated Microsoft Admin/Disaster Recovery teams and developing our blue operational capabilities. I am an expert in Identity, Messaging, Endpoint Management & Backup & DR.Before joining Darktrace I worked in the public sector as a senior engineer for Serco and later NHS SBS. In this environment I successfully delivered multiple transformation projects (M365 migrations/MFD refresh) for 4000 users over 3 NHS trusts. I also have a background in AV, holding a degree in Audio & Music Technology and working various studio/live sound roles in my early career, I have designed/built a video wall + touch interactive display for corporate demos and am confident leading product demos and workshops. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance security, efficiency and innovation in the healthcare, cyber security and entertainment sectors.
