Corporate Quality Laboratory was a special projects laboratory developed to support the company’s confidential analysis of ingredients.Key Responsibilities: Managed senior level special project with seven scientists for confidential analysis of ingredients and $1.0MM operating budget.• Developed new laboratory with $1.3MM capital for instrumentation, equipment, and infrastructure• Saved 30% in turnaround time by using value stream mapping for determining non-value-added time

Concentrate Quality Group supports implementation of Concentrate Manufacturing requirements, auditing of manufacturing facilities, and laboratory support initiatives for the company’s concentrate manufacturing facilities.Key Responsibilities: Provided analytical consulting, training, troubleshooting, and auditing for laboratory operations to support international concentrate manufacturing facilities. • Saved 60% in time and 80% on hazardous waste by implementing FT-NIR for identification of ingredients• Led cross functional team in developing a global Third Party Laboratory Authorization Program
