Senior Intelligence Security Officer - leads all aspects of Security to include document control, information systems, personnel, physical security, and sensitive compartmented information (SCI) billets. Managed the contract’s Personnel Security Program (350+ personnel security submissions/records); establishment of six (6) Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF); worked close with Defense Intelligence Agency, HQ Air Force Special Security Office, Defense Security Service, Special Access Program Coordination Office and civilian contractor to ensure facility and SCIFs were established IAW and met DICD requirements. Provides security education for 1500 personnel assigned to the SAFTAS contract and SAF/AQ; ensures sound security procedures are in place in accordance with OPSEC, Information Assurance, COMSEC, EMSEC, SCI, SAR and need-to-know.Manages the daily operation of the Under Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition (SAF/AQ) Contract, Conference Center and the Joint Strike Fighter Group facility in Crystal City, VA, known as the Secretary of the Air Force Tactical and Analytical Support (SAFTAS) which directly supports SAF/AQ and the F-35 JPO. Leads and directs six support divisions which provide the operations infrastructure of the SAFTAS contract consisting of Security (all disciplines), facility management, information technology (three networks), telecommunications, video teleconferencing, graphics/reprographics, property management, logistics, resources, office administration and multi-media/conferencing in direct support of SAF/AQ.
