• Export lists of donor groups from the organization’s CRM database using defined categories, match these lists to current LCT literature (e.g., Playbills, Invitation Lists, etc.), and rectify discrepancies in the database by updating constituent information• Document donor-facing actions undertaken by development team members (e.g., solicitation emails) in the CRM database, creating shared records of each constituent’s place within the donor cycle• Import large sets of constituent data into CRM database, standardizing data across all records• Assist LCT’s Manager of Development Operations in creating new operational structures (e.g., Excel spreadsheet trackers) for use by all team members• Create in-depth research profiles (photos, personal histories, philanthropic histories, etc.) on individual event attendees to be viewed by Executive Staff prior to development events• Gather information on organization initiatives (e.g., interviewing Education staff members about programs taking place in NYC-area schools) and distill this knowledge into reports that will be sent to institutional funders

• Manage small group classes (in-person and virtually) to prepare students for the SAT college entrance exam• Improve composite test scores by an average of 400 points by providing excellent instruction in math, reading, English grammar, and overall critical thinking skills• Analyze score reports to identify students' specific weaknesses, building targeted lesson plans to strengthen lagging skills• Offer support beyond class, promptly answering student e-mails to further progress outside of normal class hours

• Coach students for standardized tests and on school subjects, building tailored curriculum for each student to target deficiencies and reinforce strengths• Edit student essays for college applications, producing work that highlights each student's unique voice while adhering to grammar and writing conventions and word limits. Clients have attended schools including NYU, Georgetown, Hunter College, and Stony Brook• Collaborate with students' parents to create realistic timelines for achievement of goals established in the initial tutoring session, and continually apprise them on progress

• Create engaging voice work to suit needs of wide range of genres including commercial, industrial, elearning, and video games. Clients have included Hasbro, Dr. Pepper, Hollister, Unibet, and Pymetrics Games• Communicate with clients to set project deadlines; deliver quality materials well within given time frame• Refine scripts during recording process, correcting grammar mistakes or identifying where, stylistically, a change to word choice or syntax would create a more natural sounding text

• Lead school day and after-school programs (both in-person and virtually) at underserved public and charter schools throughout all five boroughs of NYC• Prepare hundreds of students each year for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, SHSAT) and state assessments in school subjects including Math, English, and History• Collaborate with school administration to create specific lesson plans based on the needs of different institutions, and integrate them seamlessly into culture of institution• Teach students in group classes (5-25 students) or one-on-one, providing precise instruction, regardless of session size, that allows students to excel no matter the subject or initial skill level
