Tested all 27 SKUs, improved line efficiency from 40% to 82% (World Class Efficiency is 85%). New formula resulted In increase in amount of blending from 26,000 to 42,000 pounds weekly. ♦ Led poly bag conversion project to paper bag production, which resulted in $102K reduction in corrugate usage and eliminated outside storage that saved $90K. ♦ Successfully utilized EQ tools and Staub training as Operations Manager to mentor and coach team of 14 for major international innovator of baking products. Scheduled employees and all production of products provided to some of the largest and most well-known restaurant chains “on the planet.” ♦ Develop new product formula(s) that went through commercialization process, follow up with customer review along with plant implementation and production start up.
